How the Process Works:

  1. Complete the Finance Pre-Screen
    Provide basic business and financial information through our secure screening form.
  2. Internal Review
    BRCC reviews submissions to determine whether the business appears to meet initial eligibility criteria.
  3. Qualified Referral (If Applicable)
    Businesses that meet baseline requirements may be introduced to one or more financing partners for further evaluation.
  4. Lender Decision
    Any financing offers, terms, or approvals are determined solely by the lender.

This form is a preliminary finance screening conducted by Black Republic Chamber of Commerce (BRCC).
It is intended solely to determine whether a business may meet basic eligibility criteria for potential funding programs or financing partners.


This is NOT a loan application.

Submission of this form:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • You understand that inaccurate or misleading information may result in disqualification


5. Use & Sharing of Information

Information submitted may be:

  • Reviewed internally by BRCC for screening purposes
  • Shared with trusted financing partners only if your business appears to meet initial criteria
